Troubleshooting
Internet Explorer Trusted Site:
If you receive the following error, the most common solution is to add
this website to your Internet Explorer's trusted site list. It can be
done by the following.Click on your Internet Explorer's Internet Options under the Tools menu.

 Click on the Security Tab. Click the Trusted Sites check mark. Then click the Sites button.

 In the Trusted sites window, type the following into the add this website to the zone: http://insts.cccneb.edu then click Add. The Require server verification box must be uncheck to allow the add. Click the Close button then OK. Restart your Internet Explorer window and you should be all set.
